Dr. Saphronia Johnson
Dr. Saphronia R. Johnson (Ph.D., C.S.M.) serves as the Chief Technical Director of The DelNai Group, LLC. She is a Certified Scrum Master and trained facilitator in compassion, integrity, secular ethics, ministerial leadership, and restorative justice for community building. Dr. Johnson is a believer in whole-life living and works to identify and mitigate obstacles in living systems. She is an advocate for intentional growth through diversity and inclusion. Moreover, Saphronia is a staunch advocate for Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medical (STEM2) exposure, education, and career-building.
Dr. Johnson has over 25 years in higher education having served in roles of an associate professor, program director, and assistant dean of various public and private institutions. Dr. Johnson is currently serving in Gwinnett County Public Schools as a positive behavior specialist. In addition, she actively serves on several advisory boards in the Great Atlanta Metropolitan Area and has been recognized for her commitment to the social development of children & families.
Dr. Johnson was raised in Berkeley/Oakland, CA, received her B.S. Degree in both Biology and Chemistry from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, and was awarded her Ph.D. in Biomedicinal Chemistry from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.
